The Baseline Library hosts the full reports, study summaries, and available CPUC response documentation for existing Baseline Studies. The Study Summary provides key study information including relevant measure, baseline determination, applicability, and CPUC approval status. Access documents directly in the view below or access the full library in SharePoint.

If there is an existing Baseline Study that should be added to this library, please send the study to caltf@futee.biz. 

Please note that the “Study Status” for most Baseline Studies is unknown. Cal TF Staff are working with ED Staff to confirm the status and applicability of Baseline Studies in this library.
