The Baseline Library hosts the full reports, summaries, and available CPUC response documentation for existing Baseline Studies. The Baseline Study Summary provides key study information including relevant measure, baseline determination, applicability, and CPUC approval status. Access documents directly in the view below or access the full library on the Cal TF Custom Initiative SharePoint Site.

Please note that the “Study Status” for most Baseline Studies is unknown. Cal TF Staff are working with ED Staff to confirm the status and applicability of Baseline Studies in this library.
