Since 2006, Christopher has led and supported engineering initiatives focused on commercial, industrial, and agricultural energy efficiency. His expertise spans energy modeling, data analytics, measure development, technical potential assessment, and the advancement of savings methodologies used by utilities and program implementers. He has worked closely with stakeholders across the energy efficiency industry to develop, evaluate, and refine measures, helping to ensure technical rigor and practical applicability. Christopher brings a combination of technical depth, industry experience, and collaborative leadership to support the California Technical Forum's objectives.
Christopher has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Portland State University and is also a member of three ASHRAE Technical Committees. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Oregon.
