Christopher has 17 years of experience providing engineering and technical services focused on commercial, industrial, and agricultural energy use systems, energy modeling, data analysis, and new measure and workpaper development for energy efficiency programs. For the last nine years he has worked under the system and guidelines of the Northwest Regional Technical Forum, the organization the California Technical Forum was modeled after. His combined experience developing new measures and revising existing measures under RTF standards and for California utilities are invaluable in helping the Technical Forum balance the best aspects of both systems. Christopher also brings to the TF collaborative practices learned during his service on the RTF’s Refrigeration Subcommittee.

Christopher has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Portland State University and is also a member of three ASHRAE Technical Committees. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Oregon.
