DEEMED MEASURE PROPERTY SUBCOMMITTEE
Objective: The Deemed Measure Property subcommittee gathers a diverse group of stakeholders including deemed PA teams, implementers, evaluators, the Ex Ante Review team, and Cal TF Members, who are each familiar with various aspects of program eligibility, program exclusions, and data collection for deemed measure claims. The purpose of the subcommittee is to 1) create a statewide process that would result in stakeholder reviewed Deemed Measure Property Data, 2) establish conventions when defining measure-specific eligibility and exclusion rules as well as site-specific data requirements, and 3) establish the mechanisms for hosting and managing this data within the eTRM.

NEW MEASURE SUBCOMMITTEE
Objective: The purpose of the New Measure Subcommittee is to review and provide feedback on new measures that have passed the Measure Screening Committee. This review occurs in parallel with the deemed ex ante team review of a Measure Package Plan so early feedback can still impact measure development. Summary presentations will also be refined through this process so that the final package available to Cal TF Members for Affirmation has been reviewed.

COMMUNICATION PLAN
Goals, Metrics, and Objectives:
Cal TF will identify and develop the process and/or tool enhancements to facilitate stakeholder communication and versioning of planned and completed measure package (MP) updates. The Cal TF solution will:
Provide clear, accessible, and specific (where possible) information about the type and relative impact of planned, in progress, and completed measure package updates.
Consider different options (e.g., format and frequency) to receive and access information to address different stakeholder needs and/or preferences.
Help stakeholders identify and parse MP update information based on the type and/or impact of change.
Establish and communicate clear versioning definitions and controls associated with different types of measure package updates.
