Pierre Landry

Pierre has 20 years of experience in evaluating energy efficiency, demand response, and renewable programs, and 40 years of conducting quantitative social science research. Most recently an executive director at The Cadmus Group, Pierre previously spent 27 years at SCE measuring, analyzing, forecasting and evaluating energy programs. For his last four years at SCE, Pierre was the Manager of Program Evaluation, overseeing a team of evaluation project managers who covered the demand response, energy efficiency, and renewable programs.  He was the M&E representative to SCE’s Ex Ante Review team, and served on the statewide California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC)-Program Administrator measurement and evaluation Project Coordination Group. Pierre is the president of IEPEC, Inc., a nonprofit group that organizes the annual International Energy Program Evaluation Conference.

Pierre has Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Sociology from the University of Southern California and San Diego State University, respectively.
