Technical and Regulatory Policy Manager, Frontier Energy
Lacey Tan has over ten years of experience in energy efficiency and worked closely with Utilities, Regional Energy Networks (RENs), and Community Choice Aggregators (CCA) to design and implement energy efficiency programs that address state, regional, and local climate goals. She has extensive experience in the technical and engineering aspects of energy efficiency programs and policies, including developing energy use and demand savings estimates, energy modeling, codes and standards, EM&V and emerging technologies. In her current role at Frontier Energy as a Technical Program Manager, she oversees PUC Technical and Regulatory Compliance Reporting for multiple Program Administrators (PAs) including the Bay Area Regional Energy Network (BayREN), Tri-County Regional Energy Network (3CREN), Lancaster Choice Energy (LCE) and Marin Clean Energy (MCE).
Lacey holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Florida State University.
