Energy Efficiency Engineering Supervisor, Southern California Gas
Bryan has 25 years of experience in the regulated utility industry, the last decade of which he has devoted to California’s energy efficiency programs. Most recently at SCG, he developed a multidisciplinary engineering team to perform commercial and industrial energy assessments and develop and document energy savings values. He is also SCG’s technical lead responsible for interacting with CPUC staff and their consultants so as to ensure company compliance with regulatory ex ante process requirements. Bryan is also an active participant in state and nationwide standard development processes, including ANSI, ASHRAE, and the CEC’s PIER program.
Bryan has an MBA from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California State University.
