Energy Efficiency Director, MCE (Formerly Marin Clean Energy)
In her current role with the first operational Community Choice Agregator in California, Beckie designs and implements energy efficiency programs for existing buildings, focusing on providing efficiency services for hard-to-reach sectors. Prior to joining MCE, Beckie worked as an Efficiency Specialist at the California Energy Commission where her duties included working on best practices for existing building efficiency programs on the state level and serving as the financing specialist for energy efficiency programs. Beckie is a past recipient of a Switzer Leadership Grant (2010). The Leadership Grant supported her work at the California Public Utilities Commission incorporating energy efficiency best practices into utility and local government programs.
Beckie has a Master of Science degree in Energy, Technology, and Policy from Humboldt State University.
